POLICY: BOOKING APPOINTMENTS/DEPOSITS

All appointments are made with a deposit, understanding that appointments removes a time and date for a chance of another client to book for service. You will receive a confirmation text and email from Genbook for your scheduled appointment day. All deposits are non refunded. If you need to reschedule an appointment go online to see what is available, contact me within 48 hours before your appointment thru text message with the following:

• First and Last name

• Date of original appointment

• Date and time where to move appointment

 

Deposit will be transferred to a new appointment. Tardiness: Please be on time, appointments will be cancelled if the client is more than 15 minutes late. %50 fee of service fee will be charged

• NO SHOW will not be tolerated. A service fee of %100 will be charged.

• NO CALL NO SHOW NO RE-BOOK

 

I book a solid amount of time for each client and I always appreciate a 48 hour notice in the event that there could be other clients on my wait list wanting to book for a service.

 

NO SICK/ MASK POLICY

MASK MUST BE WORN BEFORE ENTERING INTO SALON

 

*Surgical or N95 mask If you do not have a mask one will be provided for $5.00 fee

If you are any of the following - sick, have a cold like symptoms, feeling under the weather, DO NOT come into the salon.

If you have travelled I urge you to contact me PRIOR to your scheduled appointment I have a family to protect.

 

GUESTS/KIDS

Due to limited space please do not bring extra guests or kids to the salon. Only Kids 10 and up can be serviced.

 

CONSULTATIONS

All permanent color services are required to have a consultation before booking. A hair analysis is done to determine if hair needs a treatment add check for hair's porosity and elasticity before color service. Permenent Color service can only be booked in person at the salon after consulation or after hair treatment. Only a Demi-color service can be booked online.

HAIR RULES

Please do not come to salon with Matted and Tangled hair HAIR MUST BE COMBED OUT THOROUGHLY before hair service or a $50 fee will be added or depending on timing I reserve the right to cancel the appointment. Deposit will not be refunded and %50 of service fee will be charged. Please understand natural hair takes TIME and adding an extra 30-45 minutes to untangle hair pushes the whole day behind. I have kids and a husband that I would like to get home to at a decent time.
